I was bought 2 late coffee to my meals, and one of them was with a surprise - just watery milk without any coffee. Today 08.05.2022. I have bought takeaway meal for 3 persons again. One of them was Big Mac with Bacon, but to my surprise there was no bacon in Big Mac with Bacon. Plus I was waiting 7 minutes to be ready my meal, because car orders were in priority, thus, mire than 4 cars were serviced while I was waiting just one my order to be ready. Guys, I advice to everyone avoid Oakham McDonalds at all. The service is frustrating. If you would like not to be surprised, like I was, avoid this place.
Food fantastic. Service second to none couldn't help enough. Everywhere was clean. 100% to staff. Definitely visit again. When arrived it was extremely busy and still no faults. Excellent.Food: 5/5
Door opening hours until midnight closed at 10.30 10p for sauce!! Staff walking round kitchen in outdoor coats and mobiles in hand them handling door, One member of staff had bad attitude then to top it off Paid for a bacon grand Big Mac got no bacon
very disorganised, ordered 2 apple pies but received only one and been told that we will have to wait another 7 min to get the second one. As we were on a scheduled time could not really wait, got Mcflurry instead as they did not have anything hot to replace it, which wasn't great as it was miserable and cold day. Loads of tablets did not work, and staff did not know whether they were coming or going. Parking: Decent enough size of parking.
Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced, apon arrival at 22:36pm we were the only car there, was told to wait at the next window whilst cars behind me arrived and got their orders before me. ONLY ORDERED TWO CHICKEN BURGERS!!! 15 MINUTE WAIT FOR 2 CHICKEN BURGERS!! The food was passed through to me through the window with no apology and window slammed in my face.not the first time this has happend, it's every time!!!
Supposed to be open 24.7. It was closed. Drive in was open but we were over height restriction. There was a click and collect so we parked in the allotted bay and downloaded the app. Went through the entire process and the collection point wasn’t available. Walked to the window with our ticket no/confirmation and they wouldn’t give us any food because we didn’t have a vehicle. Although they acknowledged our inability to fit under the barrier. We drive to the next service where McDonald’s was the ONLY open food outlet. However water was pouring through the ceiling. So it was also closed.
As McDonalds go this is really quite nice. Unfortunately, perhaps due to the relatively low volume of customers, the food here is quite slow on one occasion it took over 20 minutes, so don’t be surprised if you have to wait in the drive thru for an extended period of time. Otherwise a pleasant enough experience.
Long waits for food and you always need to check your order before leaving as there is normally something missing. This evening the burgers were so SALTY THEY could not be eaten!
Yo them fries were absolutely ice cold what the hell were you thinking sending them out? Who ever was in charge of the fryers at 14:45 1/1/22 needs the bullet
Fast food????? After ordering, we were left waiting at the counter for 15 minutes. We eventually complained and got our food. NOT GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.
