I go here somewhat regularly to order cheap sandwiches off their menu. I explicitly repeated my order twice to the order attendant only to receive a completely different set of food items than requested. This has happened a couple times previously. I don't recommend this location especially in the late evening hours.
What I ordered did not come right from the drive thru. This is the second time from the new Vernon store. I doubt I will give them a third chance.
Generally pretty good to grab a quick bite to eat. Had a few issues but quality has improved recently.
It's been a year 1/2 since I went back. They were rude, did not want to help a paying customer, did not even try to be kind. But this time very pleasant people there. Must have fired the bad lazy ones. I will now go back. The burger was very good. Will try other item's there very soon. Up 2 you to check them out.
Ordered a sour cream and chive potato. Upon opening found that they had forgotten the sour cream. I mean honestly it was supposed to be 2 things on the potato and to forget one is pretty awful. I definitely recommend visiting a different Wendy's and forgetting this one even exists!

This trip my burger was well done, had onions when I specifically ask for none as I am allergic and I got a fruit juice instead of my soda. Using curbside pickup.
I had to repeat my order many times and they continued to get it wrong until they finally got it right. Then when I asked 2 medium vanilla frostys we got 2 small chocolate frostys. I haven't checked my 2 duplicate burgers but I can assume something is wrong.
Service was poor, workers obviously not happy there. Waited for 5 minutes, for a Lukewarm burger and cold fries. But the drink was great.
Chicken was great. Service a little slow
