My first time back in years. Mashed potatoes taste fake. Chicken was soggy. I have been going to Popeyes, and looks like that is the only place for now.
Good food BUT the location.... the cashier, who I could barely understand, didn't put any sauce in the bag so I ended up going back only to get attitude when i asked for sauce and made me feel like i was stealing sauce that i paid for. Will never go to the Vernon, CT location again.
The menu is set up to rip off customers!! I ordered a bucket of chicken for 1 person and was charged 18.00 dollars! After learning the total I decided at this charging point to get the 24.00 bucket for four people I had no other choice !! I would give a -0 on the menu setup !! Change the menu !! Make it customer friendly!!
Was very unorganized, missing items in my order, and food the gravy was watery. The BBQ wings they didn't even mix they just squirted sauce in top of it! Not satisfied with my service with food quality! The staff was nice though
Food is good. We had to wait 4 minutes for the fries which i will never have a problem with. The fries were hot and crispy. The cashier was patient when we asked him to repeat himself and also very apologetic when we had to wait for 4 minutes for fries. They all had masks as well.
The FOOD IS Good AND The STAFF IS Doing What They Are Supposed To Do ALSO The STAFF ARE Very Friendly And Helpful good food, and good prices

please wait 6 minutes for the order that was placed 15 minutes ago, then they tell me to wait by another door and I had to go in and get my food that was waiting on the counter.
