Always double check your order, even if you have to open everything up. Its pretty much the only reason they dont get 5 stars. Speed of ordering, paying for your food, and receiving your food is unbelievably fast, but a decent percentage of the time it comes with an error in your food request.
Burger was fresh served hot and juicy but the fries don't always get served hot.
Fries soggy.. burger was not fresh. The buns just awful... only good thing was the frosty... Wendy's on Kingsway Burnaby is going backwards,, down hill,, maybe new manager or owners are required..
Fries were cold, chicken strips were incredibly salty, the cheeseburger was good and hot...
Everytime me we visit, we have a large order. It is always ready so quick, and is hot. We have never had an issue with mistakes on our order! They are amazingly by at this location!
