Have been to this location quite a few times and always get great food. The fries are crispy and go great with the gravy!  The chicken is tasty and perfectly cooked every time.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.  If I could give it less than one star I would... I got the three tiniest pieces of what I assume is chicken as a 3 piece combo. How they expect this to feed anyone is beyond me. Not to mention the fries are soggy and not really hot even though I live 8 minutes away from the restaurant. My fiancée opens up her poutine to what is essentially gravy with a small bit of fries and cheese curds mixed in... Not to mention the wrap she got had tiny bits of chicken swimming in sauce, which just wasn't edible. All of this not to mention when they originally gave me food they gave me someone else's order which I hope they threw out after I touched it and went through it.  If the service was better I would understand, but this was absolutely garbage. I will add they were busy, but for 6pm on a Tuesday afternoon you should have the staff to support a dinner rush. First and last time I will be visiting this occasion for at least a very long time.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.

I will start off by saying that the customer service we received was excellent. just pleasant. The quality of the food however was a whole other experience. My husband ordered a chicken breast on the side which was $4.00 i have attached a picture of what the "chicken breast" looked like. This was not a chicken breast. And to charge a customer $4.00 for that is a complete rip off. I specifically asked foe no pickles because i dislike pickles with a passion so i make sure that i let them know. As you can see in the receipt it says no pickles but my chicken sandwich had pickles. Plenty. The tator tots were cold. We were eating in the parking lot and they were cold yet we waited at least 15 min. To get out meal which is no problem if the quality of foof is good. This was such a disappointment and we will not be wasting our money here again oe the new one you are getting ready to open in pitt meadows. I hope whoever is reading this reviews takes this feedback serious because you are a brand new bussiness and having so much negative feedback is not good. Do better.

EDIT: as per the response to this review, I had emailed them and still have not received an email back. Totally unprofessional and highly recommend you avoid this establishment if you’re looking for a quality meal there are plenty of other options. What a joke  Not too sure what to make of this.. waited 15 minutes for this bun soaked burger that I can’t even hold

Ordered 9pc combo with fries and slaw. Ordered online for pick up - it was hot and ready when I arrived. Chicken was moist and juicy. Ordered 2 bonus pieces to try the spicy - it was SPICY Bonus gravy for the fries - liked it  Parking: Parking easy in the mall  Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level - easily accessible

My first visit here. Was very pleased with my 2 piece meal. Fries were very good and still hot and crisp. The chicken pieces were good  size and not greasy. The staff were  very friendly. Looking forward to the new location in Pitt Meadows closer to my home.

Hearing all the raves about Mary browns hubby and I decided to check it out. Went to maple ridge location. First impression, very clean and was busy. Recieved our order very quickly, service good...LOTS of staff...like  10 plus! Menu small. We ordered the 4 piece meal. Comes with 4 pieces Chicken, side salad and small fries and a drink....$16. Got home to eat. Chicken pieces very small  one was basically all bone no meat. Coleslaw was mushy , gross, Fries decent. Gravy good. Would I eat there again...NO ! Expensive for what you get, which isn't much. Would I recommend  Mary Browns??  NO. Brownies Chicken only place to go for quality always delicious.

I have to say I was so excited to have Mary Browns come to Ridge. I waited a few months before ordering to let them work out any issues. That being said, I have never been so disappointed with this franchise in all my life. I have enjoyed their delicious meals for over a decade now. I ordered a 18 piece meal and was excited to share with the company we had from out of town. Needless to say I should have went up the street to the shut down KFC and scrounged chicken off of the floor. The chicken was tasteless and skin wouldn’t stick to the chicken. The taters also flavourless and hard as a rock. This was supposedly made fresh as I had to wait over 30 minutes while they made my order. The total was almost $90 which I normally don’t have a problem paying. I reached out to customer service and was asked to provide a receipt, which I produced. It’s been almost 2 months and have yet to hear back. I have held off writing this review to wait for their response but obviously not happening. I know that all of their orders aren’t like this and I’m sure their are people with positive experiences. I’m just stating my personal experience for everyone’s knowledge. Take the time and drive to Popeyes in Poco if you want great chicken and superb customer service

Love dark meat 4 piece combo. Great value!

Highly recommend Mary Brown's, the food quality is always excellent, the chicken is incredibly fresh and hot. I've been to this specific location about 5 times since opening, each time I recieved great service and food.  Plus the staff are friendly which is always a plus.
