Wen-Di Interiors

We were happy with the installation service of our blinds. However, we have been disappointed in the quality of the blinds. I called to inquire about my warranty one year ago as two of my blinds were broken and was told it would be better to wait until three were broken to maximize shipping charges. I called recently and was now informed that my warranty has expired and that the repair charge would be $450-$600 + shipping. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Wendi.

I purchased a home through jayman and believed that purchasing interior window coverings would be the easiest route to go through the Builder. this belief couldn't have been farther from the truth. I found the pricing for Win-Di to be considerably higher than everybody else. I wanted a drapery rod and four panels for my master bedroom and they wanted $3,500. I went to Bed Bath & Beyond in did it for $400 with similar quality products. I had an issue with two of the blinds in the secondary bedrooms and it's been three and a half months since my possession date and they are still clueless with regards to fixing it. I'm still waiting for blinds that it might be another couple months yet. Unacceptable customer service. Would not recommend.

Ordered the blinds that I thought I'd liked a year ago at the design studio appointment but cancelled due to frustrating delays in production and shipping. The customer service was understanding and gave a full refund.
