Large well lit well stocked store with friendly staff.

The store is closing. People who are visiting the store are pushing and shoving, but the deals are blah at best. Not much left in the store.

Another store called ahead for us and we were told our items would be ready and waiting. After a 15 minute drive between stores and another 15 walking around inside our items still weren’t ready. Everyone seemed clueless or less than interested in assisting us... Definitely going to a different location whenever possible

Friendly staff who were glad to process a return I had and even helped me colour match replacements. Decent prices and a large collection of home decor brings me back especially during their large sales.

Least favorite pier 1 stores in Calgary. The older blonde manger is not very polite. She gives the store a negative and unwelcome vibe.
