My children have taking it to calling it "Butt breaker Park" because there is a pretty big slide in there that's a bit steep and it always seems your butt takes a hit towards the bottom. They love it, I think it's a bit rough yes, I've gone down it...forced to buy my kids. I'm an adult and not short and I still didn't care for going down that slide. In general there isn't much else to do at the park. There is a wading pool, completely deserted today because it was cloudy. A small side-by-side slide, some swings and a monkey bar type thingy that you don't get much use out of, a sandbox area and that's about it. The washrooms are public and there are always people in the surrounding picnic tables either getting high, coming down from a high or on their way to get high later. Not sure there are so many junkies that frequent the park, but rest assured there are always at least one or two keeping a picnic table warm. Expect the washrooms next to the park to reflect that reality. Restrooms: Could be cleaner! Picnic area: As mentioned, the picnic area is usually being used by either families or junkies.
So huge and forest-like with a zoo inside If you bother with mosquitoes they are surrounded the lake
Nice park right close to the subway station and to a Loblaws and LCBO. As well across the street is a Joe Fresh. There are also some walking trails near the subway. The park is full of grass in the summer dot-dot-dot in the winter the days are dull but this is still a nice park to go for open space or a playground. In the summer they do have the water fountain play pool thing. There are benches and seats around a playground and lots of space near the back that is quieter as it is farther from the Main Street.
Wells Hill park is great places for families, friends, singles and couples but also safe for the LGBTIQ+ because its diverse park and it has hug space for different people to get time for self care, relax and have and have meal or drink
Nice little park with pingpong and playground for children. Hard to resist, even for me.
I performed a ritual and spoke to belzebub about Twinkies, the circle has made it possible ....would chanel spirits here again fur suuuure
This is a very busy smallish park close to Bathurst and St.Clair area. There are many great features including a playground, a wading pool, chess, ping pong cement, and a few picnic tables and benches. Unfortunately at times the park can be used by drinking teenagers and or adults. Park is right across from St.Clair West subway station. There is also a beautiful ravine with a long path for bikes and walking. Lots of trees and shade and even a little hill.
Very nice and clean park. There's a splash pad, and a nice playground, tons of picnic tables and benches, and clean washrooms though only 1 stall in the women's. Had a semi-large gathering there. Only issue was that there looked to be a few homeless men sitting on a bench in the outer perimeter of the park. They didn't disturb us though, which is good, and they weren't there for the whole time we were there 3-4 hours.
Great park. Playground is fenced in, which is perfect because there tend to be a lot of vagrants in the surrounding areas using picnic tables and benches.Playground: YesPublic restrooms: YesOff-leash dog area: YesPicnic tables: Yes
This place is decent enough to take the kids after they survive a shopping trip across the street. No water fountain and it has an old wading pool. It does have an enclosed play area and a sketch old public bathroom. The play structure of modern and plastic. Fairly clean too.
