I Have been a customer of the Wells Fargo, Chestnut St branch, in downtown Chaska for 17 years, and without exception everytime I have either gone thru the driveup teller, or most importantly gone into the Branch to do more detailed banking business I have always been treated like I was the most important person in the world. Always going inside with a "problem" that was solved quickly and professionally and to complete satisfaction. Today was no exception. How many people leave a bank laughing..it happens every time I go in. Those individuals I dealt with today will know when they read this post who wrote it. There is one word for the only branch of Wells Fargo that I will go to, for anything...SWEET!

Horrible Horrible Customer Service. They NEVER answer their phones! I worked with Kyle at this branch and he filled out all of my 401K tansfer paperwork completely wrong and lost my money for a time. I would never recommend this branch to anyone! I have filed a complaint with WellsFargo Corporate. If you need help visit theo Pioneer trail office they actually answer their phones.

This afternoon I spent an hour waiting to do a simple wire transfer at the Chaska Wells Fargo. After 40 minutes of waiting, I walked into the Branch Manager's corner office and said "I've been waiting over 30 minutes for a wire transfer, can you do them?". He said that he didn't have a PIN pad in his office. At 45 minutes I walked back into his office and said "I'm at 45 minutes and still waiting, can you move to a different spot in this branch WITH a pin pad and help me out?". He told me how busy he was with other stuff and that he couldn't help me. When I told him EXACTLY how I felt about that response, he invited me to leave his branch. I WILL leave this branch. From a "PMA High Value Customer". Good bye.

WHY DO YOU NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE!??!! Very frustrating that i have to call and talk to a personal banker and cant get anyone to answer.
