Wells Fargo Bank

I normally never write reviews but this branch is horrible, employees are so thirsty for sales they will do anything, my mom passed away 5 months ago and i withdrew a large amount of money they questioned me about her funeral expenses for about 5 min after i already waited in line for about 10 min. My son receives survivor benefits and apparently those funds shouldn't be directly deposited into my account, they told me i must open a account under his name, i told them that the banker Donita opened my account a few years back and never mentioned this, and pressured me to open additional holiday accounts, after the manager Maria bullied me into letting her have a copy of my sons social she called me non stop for 4 weeks and left me voicemails, telling me to come sign the paper work for the account she already opened, the only thing i agreed to was to get a copy of his social for later when i had time to come in, she kept saying that if i didn't come in i would start getting fee's i told her i didn't give her permission and she said once i let her take a copy of the social i basically gave her authorization, i reached out to someone by calling the 1800 to report this bad practice, i went in to close my accounts and i was required to pay 15$ in fee's for my son's account that i never signed for which went negative after the 90 day trial period they told me. anyways Maria wouldn't waive the fee's i paid them with no argument , she kept trying to convince me to keep my accounts i used to have a PMA checking when i had 30k in my account after my account depleted they started questioning my withdraws. Donnita is always asking about my employer and how much i make, inquiring about benefits , if they are hiring, qualifications required and such. This is just 1 of the times this bank has done me wrong, now i know why they recycle through employee's so much, they probably have enough heart to leave such a horrible branch. Maria just looks for opportunity to fish someone in, look for your solutions somewhere else lady! quit trying to rip people off!

Come here every time I need to cash my pay check. Everyone there is always so nice and happy to help :)

thursday there closed jan 5, 2017 us bank open down the block weather not that bad sign closed only atm open though working

talk about great greeting! they greet everyone once they come in, very attentive to your satisfaction and concerns; i feel great having them handle my money, props to Luen and Jose, and Ryan! i feel like they care, not like US Bank down the street where theyre attitudes are sh!+ :)
