I've always had good experience with this business. Recycling pick up on certain days i forget. But great i can take down paper and cardboard to place in large bins myself. We are pleased with our service here. Thanks to these hard workers, we are able to have this essential service!!

I would give Ontario Sanitary Service a zero star if I could. For the past year the service has been poor. The previous 27 yrs, there was hardly ever an issue. I took our garbage out Tuesday for Wednesday pickup. When I came back from a Dr. visit in Boise, I went to bring the garbage back in. It hadn't been dump. I called the sanitary service to ask why they didn't pick up? Receptionist said she called the driver and he said it was next to the house The garbage can is 50 feet from house and next to the road. It wasn't. It was placed where it has always been placed for 28 years. The receptionist said that the driver would come back later in the day to pickup. This did not happen. I still have it out there in it proper location to be picked up if you so desire. I will wait for your call. If I don't hear from you today, then I will be calling you tomorrow. I am not happy about how you seem to treat the elderly in the area. This so called "Family" business should start to listen to their customers. I have heard from others in the Vale community about their unhappiness with the "Family" Business.

They constantly miss picking up our recycle. I have to call every week to get it dumped. My wife's job uses them and they receive horrible service from them as well. I have never had a company argue with me about a service they provide but don't fulfill. Horrible customer service. I used to work for Waste Management and this place is a joke!!!!!!

This is awesome. They're easy to find either online or on Google Maps. I'm hoping they remember my Dad Jose Contreras Jr. He passed away on January 4th. They have lost my Dad as costumer while gaining his son me as costumer along with my mom.
