The teller, Kimberly, at the counter was extremely rude. When I went to deposit some cash that was slightly torn, she insisted they couldn't accept it, which seemed unreasonable to me. Fortunately, another teller stepped in and allowed me to deposit the money. Despite being a customer since 2017, I'm incredibly dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received. I believe it's time for me to switch banks.

Never try to do any kind of banking alongside these guys, third class place and third class third customer service. Never tries to take the responsibilities for their actions. I have checked my mailbox regularly and on the 12th day of contact they say, it might have been taken by someone else. What will they do with the card without the pin? Play with their babies? Their behavior is definitely not polite so as their professionalism. They have informed me about receiving my debit card within 5-7 working days. It has already passed 12th working days timeline and still I haven't received anything yet.

My man Regan Dykema helped me and my wife to open a joint account. He was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything and made sure we knew everything we needed to know.

The lady at the drive through counter is very rude and not at all professional. Also, they never pick up your calls. I might close my account here and open a new one in a different bank.
