Their website and their slogan should not be BANKEASY I went back twice today and they kept reassuring me I could send money to someone just by using their website and everything that could go wrong did until I just took what I needed out and went through Wells Fargo.

Jessica the girl who answers the phone WILL hang up on you repeatedly. We were trying to report to this bank that there were fraudulent charges on a customers card. They wouldn't note the account. They wouldn't call the cardholder. They actually hung up on us. Please don't trust them with your money.

This is the bank which handles Selex Prepaid Visa cards. It's worked fine for months, but then one day I was supposed to get a wire transfer. When it didn't arrive, I called to ask why. They said to just wait a few days and it should appear in the account. So I waited. And I waited. Four days later I call back to see why I don't have any money and they finally inform me (after 40 minutes on hold) that, oops, my account's terms were changed without my knowledge and I can no longer receive wire transfers. What kind of a bank disallows wire transfers? Are you serious? So yeah, a late paycheck was made waaaaay more late (while I was made to starve) because these people seriously misled me. I won't trust them with my money ever again.
