Amazing positive experience all around. The tellers are fast and helpful the bankers are top notch. I liked the follow up calls to ensure things are done right and save me a return trip.

Derek Geruton the manager at his Wells Fargo location is one of the rudest bankers I have encountered, didn't let me finish talking before he started bombarding me with his rudeness. Never coming to this location again.

A call to their business to make a payment on my mortgage was a thirty minute inquisition "Before we can help you we have to verify...What's your address? What's your phone number? What's you last two addresses? Where do you work? etc...". Thirty minutes of this sh__ And I am not exaggerating!! I ended up frustrated and hung up. I have since told them, if anyone other than me ever calls them and wants to make a payment on my mortgage, they have my permission to let them - without the harassment!!! There is no hesitation or ambivalence from me in what I am about to say...this company needs to run an anonymous focus group with its customers! I don't even know if that would help. My mortgage is just about paid off...and when it is, then our relationship is over!!

This Wells Fargo is very helpful! The staff are always ready to greet and help you find what you need!
