Love the service that the tellers provide. Jess is my go to banker and helps me with all my issues. Only downfall is that the manager isn't afraid to call out HIS employees if/when they do something wrong. I work management and there is a time and place and it's not when customers are present

Just worked with the branch manager Jess on an issue with my son's checking account and she was extremely helpful!  Thankful that we still have branches with small town values available to us in Fort Wayne.

This branch has always been fantastic. I've traveled the country and seen many banks, but this Wells Fargo treats me like family and offers anything they have to help me out.
