Worst service I've ever had! Went into cash a check and the manager made every excuse why she couldn't cash it. Luckily the Waynedale branch took great care of us and was able to cash my check!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had was at this location; pushy, sales driven bankers who do not listen. Went into make a simple mortgage payment, walked out signed up for some promotion I had to call in to cancel. If my mortgage hadn’t gone ‘round the wheel of sell offs, I would never bank at Chase.

The tellers and management have nothing but service in mind. I've never had a less than desirable experience here after 4 years.
