I always experienced good and courteous costumer service there. One time they brought new hire, who was outright rude, her rudeness was brought to management attention and it looks like that person was retrained and doing just fine.Free Wi-Fi, cookies, water or coffee, while you are waiting in line ,is definitely a plus.

Only 1 teller for driveup, only a couple inside. Almost always long lines and long waits. HATE that the driveup opens at 10am instead of 9:30. 😥
