I have been banking with Wells Fargo since it was Wachovia. I have multiple accounts with them and haven't had many issues with them. A couple weeks ago my husband went to the local branch and made three months of car Payments for me. The money was credited to my car loan and immediately taken out of his account making my payment not due until May of 2017. A couple days later I notice in my account that my car payment was now due in March. Then I receive a letter in the mail saying I can't pay more than three payments in advance( which I have never been informed of that the entire time I have had my loan........ more than 4 years.) I had already payed January because of the way my paychecks fall and the holidays so that was considered as an early payment so that made it 4 payments in advance. So I went to the branch to get the payments figured out and my payment date adjusted. Gabino at the Wenatchee branch in Washington State was very helpful. He called the auto loan customer service and we started to get it figured out. However the not so awesome customer service rep Maria Velazquez was rude and told us she had TWO min to help us!!!!!!! TWO MINUTES??????? She gave us no time to look at the payment history she didn't want to listen to the situation and she was extremely rude! I was absolutely furious about this. Needless to say she reversed all the payments and my payments were now due in February. Which made no extra payments it just credited it to the bottom line. I then had to wait a couple days due to a holiday so by the time I went back to the bank the payments had been made three weeks prior. So again I get Gabino to help me. We get a different person on the phone..... one that doesn't have a TWO minute limit to help people, and he got things rolling. Gabino then got the branch manager Jeremy French involved. He was great they were able to get all my payments adjusted by the next day. Jeremy called me personally that day and Gabino called with a follow up the next day. Both of them were very helpful and turned a very unsatisfied experience into a satisfied customer. I was going to close all my accounts if we couldn't get this figured out. I am very pleased with how friendly they were and how fast they were able to get my problem fixed. If I have any issue in the future they will be the people I go to for help! Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Wells Fargo as a company has done a lot to right their wrongs.

I have always had great experiences with Wells Fargo Banks. Today was by far the worst customer service I have had from any of the branches!
