The ATM here is always extremely slow compared to the one downtown. It's been this way for years now.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. After banking with them for well over 5 years, and having multiple issues, I go in to talk to a banker about some problems I've been having using my card, and they tell me to call the Wells Fargo 1-800#! So I do, and after an hour of back and forth with this operator, I'm back to square 1. Way too much to list here. Poor customer service, poor management. Friends dont let friends bank with Wells Fargo.

WORST Wells Fargo branch ever!! I came into this branch in June of 2013 to open a business checking account. I was met by one of their bankers, Shelly Helzer, who opened the account for me. It wasn't until the next day that I realized that instead of opening a business checking, she opened a personal checking. This was after having a 15 minute conversation with Shelly about my business. It was too late, and the checks had already been ordered for the personal checking. The branch manager, Jackie, called me the next day to apologize. She explained that Shelly was new. I told her I would deal with the personal checking for now even though this isn't what I wanted. And I had already paid for the checks anyway. When I recieved the checks they had the wrong address printed on them, which makes them useless to me. I called the branck and left a message on Jackie's voicemail. I got no call back from her but was called by the assistant manager, Tamra, a few days later. She left a message saying that she would give me a credit for the bad checks and I should see it within a few days. She never did this. I called back periodically over the next 2 weeks and never got through to her. I left several messages and was never called back. Then I called and asked for Jackie. Jackie tried to brush me off and transfer me back to her assistant. I blasted her at this point (which I hate doing) and refused to be brushed off and transferred. I explained that I had been getting no where with this for a COUPLE MONTHS, and that this needed to be handled and corrected NOW! She tried to brush me off again, explaining that they were very busy and had a lot of people waiting in the lobby and that she couldn't deal with this right now. I told her that I have been waiting much longer than these people in the lobby to get my issue handled, why are they more important? Not to mention this was all because of neglect by your branch staff to handle problems which were created by your branch staff. And now you're trying to brush me off!!?? I told her that she needed to take responsibility for this and make it a priority.
It wasn't until I had this unpleasant conversation and literally had to demand service that she finally fixed the problem. Essentially, I opened an account which was botched from the beginning, was issued bad checks, and then was not given any service to repair the problem until it was demanded. I don't blame Shelly or Tamra. Poorly run organizations start at the top, with the management. It always starts at the top, and then trickles down from there. I would hold Jackie responsible for the entire incident.
