Google says drive-thru is open til 6p. No it wasn’t m! Race to make it but it was closed.
Prior to the pandemic I use to go inside the bank. Then they closed it. It was atm or drive thru only. Is the bank now opened for services? I want to open another account. Also are the drive throughs still opened? Lately they've been closed. The one on 410 and McCullough.
Slow and could not accomplish any of the simple things we needed. We walked out and will open the new accounts elsewhere.
Air quality unsafe due to mold in air. Left sick. Should be closed and cleaned for safety of employees.
Turned me away to open 3 business account. Had documents. Diclosed the amount of money the accounts would be running. The two ladies were asking questions looking for a reason to turn me away. I stated this is my in person attempt, after a failed online attempt at opening. They still didnt care. I guess ill goto chase or another large bank.
Worst Drive Thru Experience of my Life! I just had to do this review. Just in general I received the worst customer service. I am seriously even considering closing my accounts. Power outage happened and then had to wait, better off going inside. This isn't even the worst part, apparently the tellers get charged for the withdrawal slips they send out because they asked for the ones they gave me back after I asked specifically for them.
My fiance is a long time customer at Wells Fargo and has always had a positive experience with them both online and in person no matter what it was concerning, so I decided to open an account as well with them. We dropped by today and were helped/greated by Alex Perales whom got my new account set up, unfortunately we didn't have all the documents required so we took a quick trip home and upon arriving back we were personally escorted and helped by Alex to make sure we weren't waiting anymore than we already had to. Everything was explained to our understanding and any questions we had were happily answered by him. He was very friendly and my fiance enjoyed having conversation with him throughout the process to pass time, we left highly satisfied with the services provided and I'm also happy to call Wells Fargo my bank now. We are experienced home buyers. This was our 7th home purchase. Compared to all previous purchases, this was by far the worst experience. Staff inconsistently responded to e-mails and phone calls, sometimes not answering for several days. Two staff members left w/o warning and no handoff to their successors. The result was us having to resubmit documents 3, 4, or 5 times. Admittedly, we had a unique loan situation with a construction loan from a local bank converted to a combined VA + conventional mortgage. However, none of the staff was familiar with our situation. As a result of their lack of experience and inaccurate calculations, the final closing costs were five times higher than projected. I filed a complaint through Wells Fargo 10 days ago and to date have received only 1 phone call w/o resolution. It is clear that Wells Fargo is too big, too disorganized, and truly does not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. This is especially upsetting to a military family that has banked with Wells Fargo since 1988. We feel utterly betrayed and disappointed. Never again will we seek services through Wells Fargo.
Best location location for me and usually isn't too bad of a line. They close at 5PM but Sat at 6PM which is helpful. There is usually plenty of parking in the front. The building is very secure. I always have a nice conversation with the security guard when I visit the branch.
