Wells Beach Resort Campground

First time at this campground, unfortunately my last. I am here on vacation with my family, so far in day one I have had 2 visits by the golf cart guys informing me , I can not have a cloths line however there is several of them up. I was told the tent sites can have them, but I need to buy a cloths rack from their office store. What's good for one should be good for all. 2nd visit was to inform me that if my daughter wanted to ride her bike she needed a helmet, even though she wasn't riding it. I'm on vacation and don't need these fools stopping by to harass me every hour or two. I will be moving on to a more friendly campground as I don't don't need to be treated as a I'm not welcome.

Stayed for three nights and four days. Very nice well kept campground. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Most sites are shaded but not huge but honestly if your staying here you are either going to take advantage of the amenities or go to the local beaches and and towns. It is centrally located and walking to restaurants is doable. Hope to make it back very soon.

Campground is well organized, very clean and generally a nice place with nice people. Trolley stop right in front and they did their best to accommodate. My complaint is with Wells, Maine. Keep up Wells... where are your sidewalks??

Very clean and well kept. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet and relaxing it is there. Everything you could want or need is close by. Staff was friendly and informative. We will definitely go back.

Great campground, nice facilities, clean and quiet. Perfect when you have kids.
