We had Welda replace all of our windows 14 and sliding back door this year. Ordered in January and got them replaced in august. Overall the windows and door are quite nice and we are happy with them. However what a complete nightmare their front office is, trying to get ahold of anyone other than the person who just takes your number down is near impossible. I think I called 5-6 times over a few months and never get a call back. The only time I get a response is by calling the estimator Robertwho is great and he calls them for me. I’ve been trying to get a receipt for my windows for my government rebate for ages now, just no movement or response. Also the installers left quite the mess outside around my house and on my floors, not the worst I’ve ever seen but took a few hours to clean them up. I’d recommend their product, just not their customer service…Services:&nbsp;Sliding glass door installation &amp; replacement

The installation and the quality are good. The customer service and warranty were also good. We are happy about the finish looks so we recommend to everyone and definitely we call them for different job. Thanks

I just had my patio door replaced by Welda Windows and Doors and they did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier. their installer Sandro did a great job. From an ugly old leaking garden door to a beautiful modern sliding door unlike anything I've ever seen before. What a difference from the look go the light and the warmth!

I contacted Welda Windows to get a quotation for a new Retractable awnings with installation. The sales person was very knowledgeable. He help with decision which awning would be suitable for my backyard patio. The company provided with terms and date of installation. The installer was very accurate and did the job pretty fast. I'm very happy with my new patio look.
