Last time I went down there I had to get a copy of my divorce decree but only needed the last page with the seal on it and the woman behind the desk told me I had to purchase EVERY page, which ended up costing me $40 and I was not happy about that. After all it was my lawyer that said to only purchase the page with the seal on it cause that was all I needed.

Tried 4 times to the out county branch in Westland. No answer, only the answering machine. Called downtown, same thing, no answer, just the machine. Does anybody work at Wayne County??????? Doesn't look like it. Just there for the paycheck.

Women in there are extremely rude. I don't know how they keep the job. An advice: Go get married in Toledo-OH. It is only 55 minutes away and is only 75$ everything. License and Ceremony. (You don't need to live in the state to marry there). Service is great and fast.

Rude just like the rest of the court system. What they don't understand is, they work for us. They wouldn't get paid if it wasn't for our taxes and the arm and the leg that they charge when they want money. hags
