WaWatam Park

This is a great family stop in Mackinaw City. The small park has easy access parking, restrooms, a view of the Mackinac Bridge, and a small beach. There are two picnic tables, one with wheelchair access. There is also a small playground area. Consider taking your food to go from a local restaurant and eating on the beach.

This park is easily accessible by wheelchair and has an absolutely beautiful view of the mackinaw bridge. If you're looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy the summer this is the place to be.

This is a pretty tiny beach, but nice overall. Bring water shoes!! The beach and well into the lake is VERY rocky!!! I appreciated the easy parking and bathrooms. Beautiful water and nice view of the bridge

Cute, small park. But we were looking for a grilling spot, and the info Google has is incorrect. There's no grills here.

Just beach access and that's about it. Decent view of the bridge in the distance.

Fun little park. There is a lighthouse at the end of the jetty. You can't go inside but there's lots of interesting tidbits of historical information scattered around the park. Some cool stuff for the kids to do too. Playing on the spray pad was fun for the children and the adults alike.
