I have only really come here for cocktails and maybe some appetizers, this time just some fun cocktails after dinner. The drinks are fun and tropical, and fit with the fun tiki atmosphere! Prices are average for other area cocktail bars. The staff is all friendly and works with you to find the right drink if you’re having trouble deciding. All of the cocktails come in a fun cup with fun decorations/embellishments, and they taste good too. Occasionally there are specials with fun drinks and you can take home the cup! They are 100% gluten free kitchen which is great and the work with you on any other dietary restrictions you may have. There is also outdoor dining available for the warmer days, and walking distance from other great local shops! I will keep coming back.
Blessed and grateful that an entirely gluten free certified kitchen/restaurant is available here in Milwaukee... And the food is great! Especially the gluten free Friday fish fry and crack fries The little things like croutons on a Caesar salad... If you're not gluten free which many locals just eat here because they love the food! you might not understand what a HUGE deal this can be! You can't just get that in any restaurant! Keep up the great work! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free amazingness!
As a celiac this place is a dream!!!!! Everything gluten free and can enjoy things I can’t enjoy anywhere else around. Fries, and cheese curds!! Everyone here is always so friendly and my family loves the food! Favorites are the crack fries, wings, cheese curds and hot sandwiches!
Not a fan of this place. At all. It’s super cute inside, but the food is not great. I ordered the chicken hoagie and the bread was dry. The chicken did not taste even a bit like it had jerk seasoning on it, which it was supposed to. The salsa was off and the ranch was not even noticeable. I wasn’t a fan. The crack fries were way better than my sandwich. If I had known, I would’ve just got the fries and nothing else. I also ordered a pina drink that was like 90% ice. I complained about it and they gave me another one, but then proceeded to charge me for it. So I essentially paid $10 for some sips. Never again. Which is unfortunate because it tasted really good. Overall this place was a no for me.

Fun atmosphere & a unique experience for Wauwatosa! Drinks were very good as well. Prices were typical/reasonable. It was a busy Friday night, but we didn’t have to wait long for a table. Service was a little slow, the fries had too much salt on them, and no paper menu option you’ll need to scan a QR code, which isn’t the most inclusive.

Ally was a wonderful server! Just the right amount of service without coming to the table too much! It was a great experience and a great place to get together with my best friend. Plus the food is all gluten free! I tried the non alcoholic hurricane because I’m pregnant and it really hit the spot!
Service is ok. This review is based on an earlier visit We were seated inside on a nice sunny later summer day. Which in WI we know is a rarity. There was seating outside and I suppose when we were indifferent about our seat preference we thought we would have been placed outside with the rest of the other guests. We weren’t. We were placed inside. The cocktails were fine but the vibe inside just wasn’t what we were looking for. It’s dark and stagnant. We’ll come back for the drinks but only if we can sit outside.
As someone with celiac I really appreciate the intended goal of this place. Not having to worry about getting sick is really refreshing. That being said, the food is supremely mediocre. The only worthwhile thing was the crack fries but the pizza was basically just a cracker with marinara and cheese and the fish was what you could get at Trader Joe’s. It wasn’t bad, but was nothing I would get again. Hopefully they’ll find a way to make their food really come to the forefront because the ambience and the drinks are pretty good
