If I could give zero; you’d have it! These people are a joke. Have now spoken with JUDY 3 times in regard to getting a covid proof of recovery slip issued. I was told the 11th day I could come pick up said paperwork. I called to ensure this paperwork was ready and JUDY now decided to tell me that she was not sure that’s how it works and would need to call back. She then calls back stating their policy is that they need 48hours to have this ready but it never really actually takes the full 48 hours. I would receive a call when ready. Now has been 48hours plus I have not gotten a call. My significant lives in Wauwatosa and his health department issued their letter of recovery while he was still recovering and post dated to the appropriate days in the coming week that he would be finished with quarantine. Why is it that Wauwatosa is able to email and address all this instantly yet waukesha county still has me waiting for this?! Get your act together, starting with retraining your most basic tasks, like answering a phone like an adult at their job, having information accurate and ready with a rude attitude and a repetition of “it is what it is” as an answer to my questions.

The Waukesha/ Wauwatosa health department needs to be investigated, I called to report that several establishments were not following COVID guidelines over2 employees infected with covid and returning to work without completing quarantine, 6 feet distant violated, no shields to protect counters that people constantly lean against ; and they told me, “every business has their own “protected” guidelines that they must follow, regardless of the CDC guidelines.” What??? What is the department of health there for, if they’re not doing their job or even trying to investigate, they are not helping to keep the community safe and stopping the spread of COVID!!! Disappointed in these health departments!

I called the Public Health Clinic to inquire about Covid-19 vaccinations. The call was answered quickly and the woman answering was very personable and helpful. Since she did not have complete information to give me an answer so she took my name and telephone number, promising to call me back when she received more information to fully answer my question. Kudos to Ann!

I had two psychiatrist I didn't care for then finally changed to Dr.Sami. She is very very nice and very professional. Staff upfront also very nice and helpful. I however wasn't fond of my counselor. I now have counselor somewhere else. I do however recommend Waukesha County Health and Human Services. They will work with you for payment plan as well.

People deceive and lie to you here. Very bad people.

This place claims and will state that their job position is to better serve the public and all I can say about the horror they took my family and I through they only repeated that their job is to serve the public which I can say say fm more than 1 visit either onsite or at home was less than helping me in any way, in fact I would say that the workers are the polor opposite of what they claim to be doing which is what again? Right, helping to serve the public better.

Spoke to agent of the consortium after being put on 15 min hold. She was very aggressive in her manner and I felt uncomfortable speaking with her so I asked to speaked to someone else as well as her supervisor. She then gave me the phone number for the milwuakee consortium phone number but when I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up. Unfortunately I don't have her name but I know that it was located within the waukesha county consortium center
