I’ve been to three other psychiatric facilities for inpatient stays and this has been the worst I’ve been to. The “treatment” is very lackluster. The majority of the day is sitting around doing nothing. The few groups you go to each day are very minimal in what they actually teach. The Doctor delays discharge based upon what they decide I still need to work on, yet never give me any resources or help with such. It’s a very depressing environment for a facility that treats depression. It felt more like a prison than a treatment facility. Somewhere to stabilize people until they can go somewhere to get actual help. The majority of staff during my stay seemed to be kind and caring, but at times I felt I knew more about what they were teaching than they did. Food was ok tho.

I always have to call clinic for my refills despite being seen every 3 months by my provider. My pharmacist tells me he emails requests for refills numerous times and never gets a response. These are not controlled substances. They never apologize,they only offer excuses.If I could find alternate provider I’d switch providers. Due to national shortages of mental health providers, I’m stuck with trying to get care with this clinic.I have had chronic problems getting my meds.I have no problems with my family Dr providing refills when I’m seen annually. Clinic must do better.

This place is a joke. The staff love to provoke the patients and ignore them. It takes them like 3 hours if not more to get you what you need. The staff are so rude, its pathetic. They make ppl sign chapters just so that they can extend your stay to get their money. Theres no sympathy or motivation when it comes to the staff. THEY DO NOT CARE & they show you by their actions they don’t care. Ive never been treated so badly before by any facility like I experienced there. Its abuse how they operate.

Awful. They would be getting one star if it wasn't for the couple of staff members that kept me sane, the rest of them quite seriously deserved a spot here as patients for psychiatric evaluations. The doctor/doctors here barley seem qualified to be running psyichals on patients; Better have a doctors order if you want an ice pack or Tylenol, can't get them without it. "Tons of activities to do to keep you preoccupied" AKA watch TBS&TMJ4, read 4 year old magazines that are missing half the pages, draw pictures or sleep. The top quality of this facility was a mix between having the ability to even watch television and the foodpretty good honestly give the cooks a raise Quite literally became more depressed sitting at this facility than I was when I checked in, atleast that feeling has passed since being discharged. This is not an exaggerated review at all, think twice before sending a loved one here.

Was sent here under a voluntary 3 day visit and was held for over a week after requesting to be discharged multiple times, brought bed bugs home. Real Classy place, needs to be investigated. Still trying to figure out why they insisted I needed an Anti-Psychotic Abilify ontop of the fresh prescription of Welbutrin they gave me.

Did absolutely nothing to help my loved one. This place is the definition of socialised medicine, an absolute joke! Housing and medicating for the state is the extent of their care. Would be best to avoid at all costs. PS. Don't take your loved one to Waukesha Memorial Hospital, because you will end up here. Head straight to Aurora or Rogers. The system out here is a nightmare.

It was horrible and humiliating. The food was awful, my Mom had nothing positive to say about this place. Why in the hell was an elderly woman put in handcuffs to transport her?! Long story short she was angry when she got out, so NOT BETTER!!!!!

Very bad place to end up. Not very much to do. Basically jail. They give out the same drug called abilify to almost everybody. You get to finger paint and be belittled all day long. Very uncool.
