We had Watersmart systems replace a main water shut off valve and replace an old water softener.  They handled everything from start to finish exactly as promised.  They contacted the city directly to shut off the water as needed and were on time and prompt with the install.  Technician was professional and did a great job with the install. The completed project is perfect, I would highly recommend using Watersmart Systems and Plumbing!

I am very happy with my softener. They had the best price for a highly efficient water softener. I can't explain how happy I am with their customer service. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good softener for a reasonable price and warranty.

Paul recently came to replace our water softener and did a fantastic job. He was prompt, forewarned me when the water would be turned off and on, and completed the installation within an hour as promised. He removed all of the old equipment and tidied up after the job was done. With the 5 year warranty and the price as quoted, I couldn't be happier. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend WaterSmart Systems & Plumbing!

I called WaterSmart Waterloo on Friday, because the resin tank in my old softener had cracked. Not good. It is now Monday, and they just installed a new Tahoe water softener system in just over an hour. The technician was on time, courteous, efficient, tidy he left nary a trace! and explained the system to me. The new softener is quiet and as it's a dry brine system, I expect far less salt consumption. I wish the rest of my life were this easy and efficient! I highly recommend this company!

I liked that when I called I was quoted a price straight up, unlike the first two places I called who said someone would have to come to my house give a quote.  Greg was friendly, his price reasonable and my water softener was installed three days later.  It took less than an hour for the installation. There was no mess, my water is nice & soft I use test strips, and I’m quite pleased with this company.

They were able to help me troubleshoot my water softener issues and discuss options over the phone. Got an appointment quickly, their technician was on time, and they were very quick to perform the replacement. Very happy with the service!

Really happy with my softener system.  Called to have a service appointment recently and Paul and his assistant came to the house, right away.  These guys answered a ton of questions and checked the entire softener system.  Our water is perfectly softened and when I need a new softener unit, I will deal with Water Smart Waterloo for sure! Great Communication. Friendly and excellent service. Clearly have lots of industry knowledge and understanding around water softener systems and were very diligent in walking through options. Costs were fair and well-defined ahead of time including labour. Would Definitely Recommend.

We just had a water softener installed a few days ago and could not be happier! We just moved to the area and quickly realized how much damage the very hard water was doing to our appliances - even in a few short weeks.  We were very happy with the service that WaterSmart provided - very quick replies to all of our emails and excellent service during the installation! Would highly recommend.
