This is NOT a family business! It's "owned by a company in Texas". We simply wanted a quote to run some water lines and drains for a small bathroom and after 3 day waiting for a call back called again. This time be were able to book an appointment for which I booked time off work. Nobody showed up, no call or apology. Called myself and rescheduled and this time someone showed up to do and estimate but it wasn't a plumber. The guy tool some pictures and said they would email a quote. That quote never came.....i wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!

Discovered a toilet leak on the weekend of a big ice storm. Called Hammond at 7:30 on Monday morning and a live person picked-up my call. He gave me all the rates and details over the phone and we had a plumber at our door in less than 3-hours!! Matt fixed our leaky toilet and we showed him two other builder toilets that we were very unhappy with. We ended up replacing (3) builder toilets that were basically junk and poorly installed with a well-known good-quality toilet, with all the work and install completed the same day. Matt was friendly, tidy and went over all the work required to our complete satisfaction. Would definitely recommend using Hammond P&H. Thanks Matt & thanks Hammond.

I would absolutely use Hammond Plumbing again in the future. I called last second on a Monday to help with a minor kitchen plumbing issue and they were quick to respond. I then had them back late in the week to re-connect a few things in my kitchen. After a minor miscommunication regarding the timing of their last visit, Simon on their management team was quick to take over and make sure things were rectified. Minor issue -
 yes, but it was handled perfectly. Their technician Colton (I think that was his name) was also fantastic while here, especially since it was a job at 6pm on a Friday night. You can see why this company has a proven history of continued success. Thanks for everything!

GET AN ESTIMATE!  To be fair we asked in advance for a ball park and the answers varied from $400 to $1000  Get the bill for 3 hours of labor including the installer going back to the office to GET gas line - even though we had clearly described the job over the phone, and 20 minutes for the tech to write up the work order.  This was a simple job moving a stove to a new location and updating from copper line, in an unfinished basement!  They claim the gastite line is $14.75 a foot- total over $600 in parts alone.   really wish i shopped around, i thought such a simple job could not be more then $500

I don't normally leave many reviews, but thought this one was well-deserved. Excellent service both from the service department/dispatch and plumber Riley. My mom's water pipe burst a day before she left for her sister's funeral in the US. It was a very stressful time to say the least. I live in a different city than my mom and it was not possible for me to be there in person. The burst pipe happened on the weekend, but we dealt with the emergency shutoff and clean up of the water first through a restoration company to minimize the damage. While my mom was in the US, I made phone calls and had another family member open the door to my mom's home. The communication between all parties was smooth and the burt pipe was taken care of quickly and at a good price--not to mention that they accommodated our schedules to come after work hours. Thank you for the great and professional service!
