I had a hard time getting into the clinic, but once I was in their system, I couldn't be happier with them. They have been incredibly accommodating and have made my health care far more easy to handle. Bobbi, Crystal, and Heidi are very good at making sure that whatI want to tell my pcp gets passed to her right away. I love that my Woman's Health needs are met in the same system of record keeping. I REALLY LOVE.... that when I need for my doctors to talk to each other , (or too me) , zthat I get a followup communication from them, immediately . I would definitely recommend this facility and it's caring, nurturing staff to anyone who feels the need to anyone who hates going to the doctors.

i can only speak for my experience, and i am doing so anonymously, but i recently had a serious issue as a result of my own doing that put my well being seriously at risk. the staff, especially Debra Guzman and her support team, performed beautifully. i was treated with dignity and respect, and i felt included in the process, not as a bystander. i found Miss Guzman to be intelligent and well informed concerning my issue and appreciated her willingness to work with me, not against me. her support team lived up to their title, and i am impressed with their willingness to help find a solution to my problem. i was also impressed with their ability to admit that they shared some of the responsibility for the situation, although i disagree. when was the last time you heard a clinic say, 'we share some of the responsibility'?! never in my experience. they deserve a big pat on the back and a hearty WELL DONE. thank you.

After waiting almost a month for an appointment, I get a phone call the day before the appointment stating that there is a conflict in interest and can I come in 2 hours instead. I said excuse me but it is the middle of a work day. To have a Friday appointment would be another month. That is unacceptable. I call today to pay my bill from the initial appointment consultation, I'm not sure for what as they did not really do anything for me. I was on hold for 40+ minutes. When I finally talked to someone I told them that was unacceptable and that they completely fail in customer service. I was hung up on. This place is a joke. Do not go there.

The worse facility I have ever visited. Staff and nurse practitioners are a JOKE. There on a power trip. When did they forget weather it is by my insurance or out of my pocket. We pay there saleries. We hire them and we sure as heck have the right to fire them. If they would try and treat there patients like human beings. Perhaps There would be less complaining about there staff. I give this place a big fat "F". What a bunch of clowns. If you want to die go here. QUACK QUACK QUACKS STAY AWAY SO YOU CAN LIVE ANOTHER DAY. This place deserves 0 stars but they force you to give them one.

I am an established patient. I have left four messages and received no response for over a week. I am already in the process of getting a new pcp because of Waterfall's leaving me for dead. No seriously, I had a very bad reaction to my meds. Waterfall was supposed to call in prescriptions for new medications. Nothing. Complete silence no matter how many times I leave messages.
