I had a procedure in Day Surgery this morning and can honestly say the staff made it a really good experience. I’ve only ever had one surgery beforeoral, for wisdom teeth and this was my second time under anesthesia, and everyone was reassuring, non judgmental, compassionate, kind and made me very very comfortable. I will definitely have less anxiety the next time I have to go see them if I end up having to have the procedure again.

I had to schedule a surgery for my father today and was helped by a girl named Tiffany, although it was only her first day working alone she did an amazing job and seemed extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to Tiffany the scheduling process went quickly and efficiently.

Doctor Hearn and Nurse Bustarga are AWESOME! They have given me hope and confidence to take back my health! No judgement whatsoever from them, they listen, and they do everything in their power to get me what I need! I feel understood every single appointment I have with them and I am forever grateful for them.

The staff are always friendly and efficient, and Dr. Jennifer Webster is not only knowledgeable but also takes the time to address all my questions and concerns. I always leave the clinic feeling confident in the care I received.

If you have anything more concerning than a flu, I do not recommend seeking treatment here. Drive to Eugene if you have to. I've seen Dr. Bringardner and Dr. Shimotakahara multiple times for concerning systemic symptoms over the past year and it is very clear to me that No one at this practice is interested in or capable of doing more than the bare minimum in terms of investigative medicine or preventative treatment. These doctors want to collect your insurance money and get you out of their hair as fast as possible, and they will put your health at risk to do so.
