after moving to central michigan, I tried three different salons before discovering Water Works. It is THE BEST. I travel over an hour to and from - and it is totally worth the drive, even in our famous winter weather! The staff are so professional! Especially Jessica H. who is a genius masseuse and top tier stylist with mad skills. Walk through the door of Water Works and you're transported to a modern, urban salon environment, with fantastic music, positive vibes, and only the best care and products (Bumble & Bumble!).

Spent over $700.00 for myself, my daughter, and my mom to have a nice girls day and get our hair done. Emailed pics in advance, scheduled an 11 am and was told I would be done by 4pm. None of the stylist listened, all of our hair is a nasty wreck!!! I have never had such horrible service. None of our hair look anything like the pics I emailed a week prior to apt. And wasn't finished until after 6 pm. Got a half ads hair cut cause the stylist had NO IDEA what a razor cut is. I would never ever ever ever recommend this place to anyone. $700.00 down the drain. Now I have to pay a REAL hair stylist to fix the mess on my head they made!!!! Completely pissed off and disgusted in the quality . They claim to be an up scale salon with PROFESSIONALS......i feel like I just left walmart!!!  :-(let me

I had an appointment with Jessica and I absolutely love what she did with my hair!! Best experience I've ever had at a salon. She was very attentive and gave me so many ideas on what to do with my hair! 💜

I came to this place by mistake (my appointment was for a different place) and honestly, it was the best mistake of my life! they were still able to get me in right then. They gave me a choice of Chai Tea or coffee while my wonderful stylist shampooed my hair! My hair was so smooth and bright when she was done it was seriously amazing. This haircut was the best one I've ever had, i'm so happy! I 100% recommend the Water Works salon!!

Sara Wright makes everyone feel special with individualized and great customer service.  I am pretty sure she knows what we want or need before we do!  I cannot imagine going anywhere else!
