The "Welcome To Kent"/ Joe Walsh Mural is located on the side of the Water Street Tavern building paying tribute to the City Of Kent's rich musical history
The "Welcome To Kent" / Joe Walsh Mural was completed in June 2015 and hand painted by Scot Phillips of 25th & Lincoln Mural and Design Company with the help of Erin Meyers.
Joe Walsh's musical notoriety started right here in Kent, OH and he has continued to keep in touch with many of his close friends in the area and has returned for numerous concerts, events, and charitable endeavors over the years. Kent, Ohio has a rich musical history that deserves to be celebrated!
