Why is it so difficult to pay these guys? They are not setup for online bill paying, cannot handle you writing in the credit card # and mailing. You have to call it in and read the credit card to them--BUT I've called 3 times now, and nobody Home--you can't leave the credit card # on voicemail either. Forces you to either pay via check, or call again and again, and hope they are home this time. (I like credit card, as I can download the lists for taxes).
