Wasaga Beach Police

Hey Samantha Turner...we have the same problem on River Road West in Wasaga Beach. Speed limit is 50....the road has become treacherous...transport trucks racing through town, cars and pickups passing each other at speeds way higher than 50. It's only a matter of time before real tragedy strikes... This detachment is a joke.

They just do not care about speeding. In singhampton average car speeds 30+ over posted in a 50km zone. They could easily have a tow truck on standby handing out racing tickets. But we are not all good at our jobs its understandable. As long as you get paid who cares!

Would like to have a PRC completed to become a scout leader for my sons scouts group. Unfortunately, because i live in springwater i have to have this done through the wasaga beach detachment which is only open mon to fri 9-4. Is there anywhere else i can possibly get this done or maybe another avenue i can take as i have to work during these times and my job is fairly demanding during these times. I feel that this service should be easily accessible especially when it comes to volunteer work. No wonder there are not many scout groups around here, no one can complete the PRC required for volunteering with youth groups. Very Disappointed
