Wardell's Factory Warehouse

Nothing special about their prices....nothing..or almost nothing in stock or to be purchased right away....limited choices....I had to go to the big city to get my appliances there...

We bought all of our appliances from Wardell 's,to support our local business people. Just to find out they do NO LONGER DO THEIR OWN WARRANTY WORK.Have fun getting anything done.Stove broke Chinese guy scratched control panel.After second trip.Npw washer on fritz and repair guy didn't even show up.so if you can save money go to the big box stores. You'll probably have better luck.We are now on our 3rd week waiting for our washer to be repaired. And yes you may service some warranty until you sell it.

Once again, extremely happy with purchase, delivery and installation as well as removal of old appliance. Very reliable and go that extra step to let you know the details of how to run the new appliance. Thank you.

Will not use Wardell's again. Used them because of a recommendation and promise of better service due to connection with our builder. Almost cancelled the order, twice. Service was sometimes great but twice got "what do you want me to do". Staff did not know the products other then colour, price and delivery. Delivery was not coordinated: products are shipped from somewhere else. After assistance from my builder the appliances were delivered properly. Told the owner that an appliance was not on the delivery, he responded "that is not my problem". Their installation is not worth it and simply as means delivery and plugging in the appliance: recommend you get a professional installer. Enjoying the products but will not go with Frigidaire again: quality is good but not great.

Just moved into the area and went to Wardell's for a gas stove. Ryan was friendly and very knowledgeable!. They showed up when they said they would and everything went great. We then went back for a washer and dryer and they have been so very helpful I cant even say how happy we are. Thankyou Wardell's! We are now loyal customers! Jim and Kathy

Friendly, helpful staff. Do to covid a long wait time for appliances to be restocked. When the stock arrives in store they will delivered as soon as possible.

We have been dealing with Wardell's since 1983. The great thing about dealing with them, you have an issue with their products they service them all. When their staff come out they are well trained and they tell you what's the best for the equipment. Fix it or scrap it. They also remove the old equipment that's being replaced.

Great warranty service! Ryan is very customer oriented and was extremely helpful in successfully resolving our woodstove warranty claims.

So sheldan has gelped me collect 50+ fridge boxes for my son birthday every few mornings id show up and he junped ibto action never rufe never slacking never annoyed and made 0$ off me...they have awesome service even for non costumers!! Much love to this shop.my next fridge freezer will be bought here
