Smokers Haven has always been my fiancé and I's favorite smoke shop to go to for years. Every month, we come down and always greeted with open arms and pleasent welcomes. They are so compassionate and love to hear about our lives just as much as we love to hear about theirs. The owner who runs the shop right now has always had a place in my heart with how giving and friendly she's always been. I will always recommend everyone who wants great smokes, amazing deals, and people who aren't just looking to sell and get rid of you but to have bonds with their buyers to go to Smokers Haven! Thank you for all the years, guys. Amazing work!
I have been going to smokers haven for years since moving to the area. They have the cheapest smokes and fantastic service. Everyone there is fantastic but the blond lady has gone above and beyond for me a few times, she has really made me feel welcome. I was even there once when a stray dog that didnt look in good condition showed up she was so compationate. I can't recommend this place enough.
I am giving a 1 star rating only because I have to in order to write this review. My personal rating is a minus 20.… My family has been going to Smoker's Haven for our smokes for years. The woman who used to manage the store was so pleasant that it was an absolute joy to go there. Now they have a new woman there that is so nasty that Smoker's Haven won't receive the cost of a stick of gum from us as long as this woman, with long kinky dirty blonde hair is employed there. I also want to point out that between my friends and family, we spend thousands of dollars per year at Smoker's Haven, that stops now. I hope that the management at Smoker's Haven actually read these reviews because they are losing a great deal of money by employing this lunatic.
Mom and I have gone here for at least 15 yrs. Friendly staff. Then our favourite girl, Veronica left. Eventually a woman with long blonde hair saying she is manager. It is always something with her. Now she says my invalid mother has to physically come in to get her own smokes. Doesn’t Smoker’s Haven read reviews. All negative comments are about the same person
I like this store, most of their staff are nice to converse with.

WARNING ! I Have visited Smokers Haven for 10 years now and spend a fair amount of money monthly. Have chosen them all these years because the variety of smokes were always excellant and the female staff were always freindly helpful and courtious. What an absolute disappointment today was. The clerk was Rude forceful. Disrespectful. Basically the worst customer service I've received in a very long time. She called herself the manager and when I tried to ask why the attitude, her response was ....Welcome to the reserve . Because of her i will not being be returning and will take my business elsewhere. If enough people speak up maybe management will reconsider their lost revenues and employ people whom are freindly professional and love what they. Do till then Goodbye
I always stop at this place when I am up that way to get smokes. They have a great variety of tobacco products. And the staff there are always so friendly
Friendly staff will get you out of there in no time. Good prices and they carry all of the brands you want would expect plus other smoking paraphernalia. Always recommend Smokers Haven.
