Dr. Wangstrom is very thorough. He respects his patients, communicates well with the hearing impaired, and is very pleasant. Jessica the audiologist is wonderful! The office staff is friendly and efficient and appear to have a great work environment. The waiting room is large, bright, and clean with chairs that have arms making it much easier for mobility impaired patients to get up when called. The selection of reading material is impressive, although the waiting time until called in is too short to make use of much.
