Walmart Supercentre

I have to go here because Welland is so tiny and useless. I can look passed the garbage produce and nasty atmosphere. But the service... C'mon guys... Cashiers are nice and know what they're doing, but the tech department JESUS. Especially that one guy I talked to (tall, glasses, orange hair). He has absolutely no idea what he is talking about. Even regarding basic information. Definitely needs to be let go. Next time I'm there, I will be looking for someone in charge.

Every time I need assistance every employee I come in contact with never knows whats going on at this location. Its a constant pass you on to the next person who might know whats going on. In the end you waste your time standing around and end up leaving with no answers or resolution. Heaven forbid management get involved cause they make it clear they don't have the time or patience to make sure you have a satisfactory experience as a customer.

This Wal-Mart always has the best selection in stock. One of my favorites in the Niagara region.

I always enjoy shopping at the Welland Supercenter. Always clean, organized and stocked. Staff is very helpful and always courteous. The store is well laid out and the grocery section ..fresh produce and natural food selection is great.

Went to buy a 10,000 btu air conditioner which was on sale for 299.99 courtesy desk did everything for me. Got it brought to the front and to my car for me also put it in my car for me. Everyone was so polite through the whole process. Thank you to everyone involved. I couldn,t have done this by myself without all the help. Thanks again
