I was here a little while ago and there was a worker at the self checkout, her name was Jen and she was probably the best worker I’ve seen, others would slack off while she gave everybody the best costumer service ever. It’s people like her that make peoples days just better.
I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Mount Pearl Walmart that turned out to be a bit small for my son. While at Stavanger Drive Walmart, I decided to exchange them for a bigger size. I brought the shoes to customer service, where an Indian staff member told me they don’t carry that brand. However, I found the same brand in-store and brought it to him. Despite this, he insisted they couldn’t process the exchange because the barcode wouldn’t scan. This made no sense to me.nnI requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, but he claimed he was the manager of customer service. His attitude was rude and unhelpful, making the experience extremely frustrating. I ended up leaving the store, abandoning the other items in my cart, including five more pairs of shoes and a rice cooker.nnThis experience was disappointing and has made me reconsider shopping at Walmart. Customer service should make exchanges easier and more respectful. Instead, I felt annoyed and unwelcome.
Just had a walmart associate grab my jackets when I was going into the fitting room. Like is theft that bad guys? If it is, I dunno, lower your prices or something.nnBut if people are going to be grabbing things out of my hands while I'm shopping. That is not cool.
Is very bad service . They steal customers.nThere is offre 2 cheese is 13 there on the shelves but they charge me 17 .nYou bad .
