I was on a group ride from Ontario to Gaspe’ and had two bikes break down, one with motor issues and the other with a front wheel bearing. They had both bikes in first thing in the morning no questions asked!! By far the best customer service I’ve seen at a Harley dealer hands down. Great service direct from the owner himself.

While travelling to Gaspé From Ontario, my Harley Road glide started revving very high in neutral or first gear. Rimouski Harley took me in at 4 PM and were able to diagnose and fix the problem. Back on the road by 5:30 PM thank you for the great service! Highly recommend this Harley dealer.

Adding to my 5 star review I should mention why I am giving a great rating to Rimouski Harley Davidson. While travelling the eastern part of Quebec I experienced a problem with my bike heading to Baie Comeau with a scheduled ferry to Matane. Options were limited so a friend in my group called Rimouski Harley and explained our situation as travellers and was given the opportunity to bring bike in first thing in the morning. Honestly did not think the bike would make it to the ferry let alone to Matane and then the hour back down to Rimouski in the morning. Luckily I ride with an experienced group of riders and the loyalty to never leave a man behind. Made it to the dealer and with the help of my bilingual friend the tech was on it right away. Thankfully they were able to diagnose the problem and had us back on our venture to the Gaspe peninsula. Staff at this dealer could not have been more understanding and service was fantastic start to finish. Heartfelt thanks to them and to my group for getting me to such a spectacular region of this country. Merci
