I really enjoy shopping at the Walmart in Richmond. It is a huge store with an excellent selection of products, making it a true one-stop shop for almost everything you need. Whether you're looking for groceries, household essentials, electronics, clothing, or everyday items, you can usually find it all in one place. The store is known for its large layout and wide variety of merchandise.nOne of my favorite features is the second floor, where you can find seasonal products, kitchenware, cooking supplies, and many home essentials. It is always fun to browse through the different sections because there is something new to discover throughout the year.nThe prices are very reasonable for most items, and there are often great deals and discounts available. If you shop carefully, you can find excellent value for your money and save on everyday purchases. I turned around and left as soon as I saw that shopping carts required a coin. In an almost cashless world, this feels like an outdated and inconvenient policy. Many people don’t carry coins anymore, and adding this unnecessary barrier creates a poor first impression before customers even start shopping.nnMoney is a vote, and this location has completely lost mine. I won’t be returning, and if I ever do, I’ll only purchase what fits in a hand basket. This is not the customer experience I expect from Walmart.
Great selections on stocks overall.nTake your time to look at the sections of the items that will interest you, cause you will be able to find great selection on clearance products.nEverything is easy to find in general, with decent prices.nThis location has lots of parking, and the operating hours are very good.nThe only downside is the bathroom is a bit dirty, the store needs to have a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule.nIf you don't have a regular cleaning period or time, when customers tell the staff that the bathrooms are dirty, someone needs to do something about it.nBesides the issue with the bathrooms, toilet etc.nDon't see anything else that needs to be improved.nJust mentioning the bathroom thing because, I have been inside this location a few times, and the toilets weren't cleaned.
Hello,nnI want to report a very serious incident that occurred with a Walmart grocery delivery driver this morning.nnI placed a grocery order, and the driver called me asking where my house was located. I asked him where he was, and he said he was at the back of the property. I went to the back to look for him but could not find anyone. I then checked the front of the house as well.nnWhen I called him again, he said, “Do you know English? I am at the back.” I found this comment rude and disrespectful. I went back again and noticed that he was actually parked near a different house.nnWhen I approached him, I expected to receive my groceries. Instead, he came out of his vehicle appearing frustrated and aggressive. He repeatedly demanded to know where my unit number was written and spoke to me in a very confrontational manner. He stood extremely close to me, which made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. At one point, I genuinely felt concerned that the situation could escalate further.nnI calmly asked him to stop speaking to me that way and showed him where my unit number was clearly displayed. After that, he told me that I would have to take the groceries from his vehicle myself because he would not deliver them. I was shocked by this response. He then waited briefly and drove away without completing the delivery.nnThis was a very frustrating and upsetting experience. I believe this driver’s behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I would like Walmart to investigate this incident and take appropriate action.nnI have the driver’s phone number and can also provide the order number if needed.nnThank you for your attention to this matter.
Today I visited Walmart Richmond as a customer and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Marlene she customer service manager at Customer Service. She was extremely kind, professional, and provided us with excellent service and support.nnI am very satisfied with her attitude and the way she handled everything. I truly hope younger employees can learn from her example, and that Walmart continues to have caring and respectful staff members like her.nnThank you for the great customer experience.
