Walmart just lost a couple customers tonight. Today is my twin boys 1st birthday and I got off work a little early to get them a cake from Walmart. There was a last there with 2 kids also and we were waiting on someone to come help us. I asked one lady and she said Oh they all went home. No one works on Monday in the bakery. I'm like its Monday and it's only 6. The other lady said Hey just go to Kroger's.

They don't usually have what you need. They sell it but it's not there. Site to store is really good. Bakery also is really good.

I would just give one star but my mom works here so I will give 2. I understand having your employees keep an eye on customers when they are shopping for loss prevention (I work in retail so I get it) but don't make it so obvious when a customer is at one end of the store and have that same employee follow them to the other end of the store. This has happened to me twice in a matter of a few weeks and it is really making me uncomfortable and making me not wanting to shop there (like losing one customer will make a difference but still...).Like this chick made is so obvious (and I'm guessing she was a spy b/c she wasn't in uniform).She acted like she was going to buy stuff the whole time I was there. She would pick up stuff and then put it back.She was by every aisle that I was in. She acted like she was looking at clothes while looking back.And right when my family and I walked in and went to the facial care she popped there at first I thought she was a customer but then she ended up in the grocery aisle the whole time we were there. I like the fact that this Walmart is close to home so I don't want to have to travel 40 minutes to go to another one. So please train your employees/spies whatever to not make it so damn obvious. And trust me I would never shoplift, I have a family to take care of they are more important.

Oh Walmart! Gotta love Walmart for their rude and unhelpful employees, the store being extremely dirty and unorganized.  The restrooms  being so dirty at that you seriously walk in greeted by a terrible smell and flies in my face and walk right back out!!! 
What's not to love really!

Staff is getting less helpful with each passing day. Shelves are often bare in whole sections, and packaging is damaged. Losing my business fast.
