Landlord had them out to replace pipe running to shower they cut a hole in the pantry on the back side to access it. Replaced the pipe all is well now with that... But they left the hole probably 7ft high and 3 ft wide so landlord had them come back out to "fix" it. We had cut a piece of drywall and fit it in... They took the drywall out and cut a piece of plywood the exact same and just stuck it it there... Not fixed at all infact my drywall looked better.

My outside faucet in the front yard wouldn't turn off. After calling 2 other plumbing companies all of them telling me they wouldn't be able to come out till next week. I was a bit perplexed. I finally called DYE. Not only were they able to get me in that day, they came early. Technical Bryan came out explained to me what he was going to do and that's exactly what he did. Very fast and efficient. He even liked my dog lol. Thank you very much DYE. I'll be using your company in the future.

Technician charged me $120 for a $14 part and tried to charge me $400 for a $40 part. Didn't fix it and ripped me off. I will never be using them again. I'd rather freeze.

Had issues with the A/C freezing up thought we had a leak or low Freon. Our home warranty sent us to their provider who refused to drive from Valpo to our place. even after we insisted we would wait. Home warranty place told us to use who we wanted and called DYE. My wife dealt with Nate and Cory who correctly diagnosed the problem another place supposedly fixed 2 weeks prior. They came out when they said they would and were done in a timely manner. If we were to choose to not get reimbursed by our home warranty the service call including price of parts and labor was very reasonable. They explained everything to my wife who knows little about A/C as well as recommending other service for the winter that we may want to look at.
