Today's shopping experience was dismal. The store was very understaffed and the Xmas customer surge was not there. We stood in the checkout line for a good half hour. The staff was completely overwhelmed but this was not a true Xmas crowd. More like any busy Sunday. We know the game being played by the management. We also know that this game does not respect our time; it respects Wal-Mart's margin. It is,an error in judgment to think that no compromises must be made.

Descent sized Walmart and had everything that I needed. I ordered my sons Lighting McQueen car online and went to the pick up to get it. It was quick and easy and employees were great at helping me out with the box because it was rather big and awkward to carry. Had to get some supplies to make his cake and they had everything and more that I needed. Unlike some Walmart’s there was someone around to help me find something. Usually they all scatter and disappear when you are in search of something; it’s like they know.

I Love shopping at Wal-Mart, but There is NEVER ENOUGH LINES OPEN!!! A STORE filled with Christmas shoppers, And 3 lines in the whole place open, year after year after year. :(

Oil changes apparently take 2 hours at this Walmart. I showed up 2 hours before the garage closed and waited for 20 mins to be helped. They guy told me there was one car ahead of me getting an oil change and they weren't taking any others for the night. Guess the 5 guys standing around doing nothing didn't want to risk getting out late. Whatever happened to working until the job is done? Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Tire and Lube at this location.
