I called at 4:52pm to ask if a notary was in that day and was simply told, "Yes". I said thanks and almost hung up... but, remembering previous bad customer service at a different UPS, I then asked how long the notary would be in. "Oh, until 5pm" was the answer. 8 minutes. I would have driven all the way across town and then been told that the notary had already left. Not a good start. I decided to go in the next day instead. The notary wrote his name in the wrong box on the clearly labeled document (from a bank) and then crossed it out with several scribbles, and insisted it was just fine. Inconceivable!

I have found the Brunswick UPS Store to be friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. I have used the store to ship odd sized items, which the packed and shipped without a problem.
