Just take a look at the fruit in the pictures, followed by checking out and getting accused of not weighing bananas that were actually weighed after all... no apologies given just an embarrassed employee walking to the back break room, followed by the manager saying we get complaints about him all the time... very disappointed in Walmart of Kankakee what's going on with that watermelon and strawberries??? what's going on with the help??? Do better.
They locked up the pregnancy tests, we waited around for 30 minutes and asked an associate who directed us to the customer service desk who paged an employee for help no one showed up to unlock the tests so we left for a Dollar General. Lol waste of time just to see a pregnancy test display
Been to this location 3 different times since moving out this way and so far I am a fan of this location. Even if lot seems busier it never feels too busy in the store. Employees have all been friendly and most items seem to be well stocked.
Rude cashiers telling my father he can't buy liquor today because I was with him and didn't have a I'd even after being told its not for me im just his ride. I care for my father who has nobody else to give him rides. From now on I won't be shopping here and I'll take him to Bradley. Thanks for nothing. You do not card the entire party you card the payer. Telling him he can come back tomorrow when he doesn't have a car is as worthless as your cashiers attitude.
