Nice stop. As you can see it was below freezing and their buckets of washer fluid for big trucks wasn't a block of ice, and that's a big deal when the salt trucks have been hard at it... Arby's was good...

I love Love’s , but not this one in Kankakee, IL. This is the slowest truck stop . One hour waiting time for fueling is not normal. Need improvement.

The woman at the drive up was very polite and helpful, I am 70 yrs old and hard of hearing, she understood and repeated my order. It may seem like a small matter but when up at the window I could tell she was going above and beyond. I felt a nice acceptance, we do not normally get. I went on to enjoy my Philly sandwich and visit my wife at St.Mary's Hospital. This kindness made my day!

Facility was exceptionally clean. Showers were immaculate restrooms we're stocked and clean. Parking lot was kept up very well. I will stop here again. Thank you for a great experience.
