Typical Walmart setup—plenty of affordable produce, clothes, and household basics, and the staff are always friendly when you need help finding something. My only gripe is the coin-deposit carts: if you don’t have change on hand you’re stuck with a basket, which feels unnecessary for a big-box store. Otherwise, it’s an easy, budget-friendly place to stock up.
Extremely disappointed with Walmart Canada's customer service. I placed an order on April 12, 2025 Order #600000-11525262, and several items were missing. I’ve called three times to follow up, and still have not received the missing items or a refund — over 3 months later. No one has gotten back to me despite repeated attempts to resolve this.nnI’ve been a regular Walmart delivery customer and wanted to continue supporting the service, but this experience has made that impossible. Poor communication, zero accountability, and no resolution for a straightforward issue.nnIf this is how Walmart handles long-standing customers, I can’t recommend shopping here. Absolutely unacceptable.
Very good alternative to other major supermarkets like superstore. Not often is it very busy, the aisles are wide and things are easy to find. prices are always cheaper here and their toys selection is the best among big stores.
This is the worst Walmart ever . As customer service person Rinka says . This is main location of all mainland and they made the rules of Walmart Canada Mainland . And they are not accepting product discount print outs like Emergen-C vitamins. And they are not accepting most of the returns for some reasons so basically everything is final sell in this location. Also check your receipt because printed price tags and check out tags not matching most of the times.
This was my husband and my first time picking up at your store. We also came in to do some shopping. I also found a hedgehog pot on sale. nWe wanted to give full stars to Shandon who helped us locate our online order.nI also commented on how big this Walmartnstore was and Shandon took the time to briefly let me know the different sections. Awesome service and employee!! We were both impressed with the level of customer service Shandon gave. Hope this review is acknowledged.
