Close to a few other good store like the LCBO : Great store, helpful staff, huge with lots of selection. Has the hot to go ready to eat food that the new Sudbury Walmart doesn't have, a must visit place in Sudbury. This is where we buy most our common/not high end equipment
December 17, 2022: Very poor customer service. The lady there was snarky and rude, even though she was approached with meek kindness. She was not interested in helping, and when asked if a manager could assist she got even more rude. This is not okay when working in customer service. Is no one willing to help out anymore? What happened to decency and respect towards another human being? It's so sad that people have to be so nasty to eachother it's even more sad when they are paid to be nice but can't even manage that.... If we can't have respect for one another what do we have left?.... Sincerely, Former Local Walmart Shopper
Horrible service. I bought a gift card that wasn’t activated when I purchased it. When i went to return it they told me all sales final on gift cards and i had to contact apple which i did 3 times only to have them repeat what I already knew that walmart hadn’t activated the card. Return to Walmart and they still wouldn’t budge and reimburse me my 50$ or replace the gift card. So now I’m out 50$. Never buying a gift card of any kind from walmart.
I noticed the shelf are messy, dirty and out of supply tonight, in vegetable, meat and dairy products area. That was an indication of a poor management, but it was okay till a week-10 days ago. I just asked one of the blond ladies, appear to be a manger, who was there standing and chitchatting with some of apparently male-student-workers, I asked if the manager is changed? She replied yes, how do you know? Well, I replied, I see the shelf are out of supply, messy and dirty, while you are standing here not working. I feel sorry not to be positive. This is the store I shop every week, and it seems it is diving down.
You guys accused my wife of failing to scan all of her items at self checkout saying that it was her final strike despite never having any strikes before that and threatened to ban her from the store. We have been doing our groceries here for years.... we will be taking our business elsewhere.
We did an online order and I am writing this to complain about the number of plastic bags used. It is unnecessary to use this many bags. We will play a game we’re you all count the bags in the attached pictures and then you can tell me if the groceries I bought filled them all. Not so, one item per bag. Some items were double bagged. WALMART HATES OUR PLANET AND THEY ARE SINGLE HANDEDLY TRYING TO KILL OUR OCEANS AND WATERWAYS. I filled an entire recycling bin with nothing but the bags from THIS grocery shop. Find a better way Walmart I’m putting one over the plate for you here. You spent millions of dollars on a near zero emissions transport truck but you can’t stop using plastic bags? step up.
When visiting this store looking for a specific item, Annette helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable about the store stock. Such a great lady and looking forward to coming back.
Stayed with our RV in the parking lot by the rock wall. It was quiet and felt safe. Great prices inside and great selection as usual.
Well stocked, lots of carts ready for use and no change needed but I usually go when it's not busy. The only thing is some of the products are not in the right place. Went to get a bottle of Advil, saw it was $9.97 and grabbed the bottle, when I got home I checked my receipt and noticed I was charged $16 and change. Looking at the packaging, i picked up the 110 count and the 9.97 was for the 32 count. So just double check before purchasing. The other thing is the app showed some of the items in stock but I couldn't find them in store. Would be nice if Walmart app also showed what aisle its in like canadian tire or home depot does.
Worst Walmart we've been in. Shelves half stocked many items are not priced. Very unorganized. Lights dimmed while still shopping and and turned off more after being asked to wait due to medical condition. No care for customers.
