I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before getting waited on. Plus they had no costumer service😒

Service is fast but employees need to review HIPAA regulations regarding public disclosure of patient information. I was very embarrassed by some of the questions I had to answer in public.

I agree with Torreylee James. Terrible customer service. Very rude and condescending employees for being so un-knowledgable. And yes, not stocked well, at all, ever. I won't shop there again, maybe not at any Wal-Mart. I work at a convenience store, and if I treated customers the way I was treated, I'd be shown the door and it would probably be locked behind me! Terrible, terrible, bad. bad experience.

Customer service is unreal, surprised these people still have a job. Wasn't one thing specifically that made me dislike this walmart, just every little thing combined. They never are in stock of the food items that I want, the people are rude. Also it seems this walmart has no hygiene requirements (people really let themselves go), they literally stink, and wear clothes with holes in them. Avoid if possible, there's a walmart 10-15 mins up the road in Elk River.
